This location was super helpful. All the stuff was like family. They all were knowledgeable and courteous. I would highly recommend this location and the staff should all be thanked by the organization that chose this individual to run this location. Tommy is so wonderful! He makes the tire buying experience so enjoyable. He’s not only professional and knowledgeable , his customer care is genuine. He will keep you smiling with his positive attitude. Tommy’s contagious upbeat personality is reflected in the entire team. I highly recommend this location to buy your tires. Tommy in the front was cool, no issues with him. It took 2hrs with an appointment to finally be told that I had a nail in my tire, as well as needing 4 new tires. After agreeing to purchase I had to wait another hr plus. When you book an appointment it says to expect to wait an hour before your car gets to a bay…okay understood. When I got there I was told 90mins, okay maybe you’re extra busy today. But what really made me mad is that they gave me back my car with my new rear tires overfilled and uneven. I find this unacceptable and I wish I knew the name of the technician who did this. So no this does not deserve a 5 star review as they request you to do at pickup. Thank the technician for my score. I spent $1000*, I expect all my tires to be the same factory recommended PSI

I had an awesome experience at Town Fair Tire thanks to Mark. From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, professional, and actually took the time to explain everything instead of just trying to sell me the most expensive option. He helped me pick the right tires for my car and driving habits, went over pricing clearly, and made sure I understood what I was paying for — no pressure at all. What really stood out was how patient and honest he was. You can tell he genuinely cares about customers leaving confident and safe, not just getting them in and out the door. The service was fast, smooth, and way less stressful than I expected when dealing with tires. If you go to Town Fair Tire, definitely ask for Mark. He made the whole process easy and I’ll 100% be coming back because of him.

The customer services is always so wonderful at this location. As I walked in, I was greeted and let know they will be with me shortly and they did this to every customer after me. Making sure they knew we were here and thanking us for our patience. Thomas is the best, always multitasking making sure he helps as much people as he possibly can with a smile. Thank you for your dedication this is why I will continue to bring my car here.
