My experience with Paul and the shop was amazing. They fixed my car problems, but more than that, I felt appreciated as a customer. Paul was honest and up front. He went above and beyond to help.
They misdiagnosed an electrical problem. Replaced the battery, but kept draining. We checked the draw and it turned out to be a door handle. Replaced it and no more drain. I was impressed with Paul calling me afterwards to ask me how the car was running. That's rare.
