Towne Center Soft Cloth Auto Wash

We had the rudest employee slam our mirror shut when they're automatic. I thought he literally broke it. I put it in neutral like he told me to and my auto break kicked on when the track started to move. He banged on my window and started yelling at me like I was an idiot. Won't be going back. He was terrible.

The staff is wonderful. I took my late father's truck to wash it since it had been a while(he loved his truck). They took extra time and effort in honor of him and was so respectful. These people are truly kind and the business is great. I have always driven 20 min to get here for years. Highly recommend.

Manual side of car wash nothing worked besides water and a little bit of the brush but quit mid way. I wouldn’t waste my time or money. Will not be returning.

Sign says all vehicles gets toweled dried afterwards as you pull up to pay. Paid $20 for a car wash to come out with the vehicle still covered in soap. Parked at the entrance to inspect vehicle plus I would've thought that due to soap still being on the vehicle that employees would spray it off themselves and do the free towel dry. Well he came outside and turned around walked back in faster than coming out. For myself to spray soap off I was then going to have to pay an extra $2, excuse me but I already paid $20 for a half ass job and false advertisement. Went to the vacuum cleaners, well those didn't work either nor was there any posted sign stating they wasn't on or wasn't working. This was shitty service, a waste of money, and a waste of my time. Be wonderful if I could get a refund.

By far the worst waste of money I’ve ever experienced do not waste your time here. Vaccuums barely work, only thing in the self serve wash that works is water. Foam brush, foam spray, tire cleaner, and pre soak are all empty. Absolute waste of money. Scamming people out of their money and nothing works. Do not go here
