Towne Hand Car Wash

Terrible car wash and worse customer service. I told the guy before washing the car to make sure to vacuum between the seats. I get the car back and low and behold, they're not vacuumed. Even the center console wasn't properly vacuumed. The car inside wasn't wiped down properly. They didn't even bother to put the rugs back in place. The tire shine also is terrible - it dries up in minutes. I kindly asked the guy in the beginning if he can spray anything on the rugs since I paid for power washing rubber mats but don't have any but he said no. He said they have soap but cannot spray it, which made no sense. I went inside to speak to the lady at the cash register. She said "if the other guy was here he would've been more strict on them." The quality of the car wash was pretty good. My car wasn't totally filthy but it really needed to be cleaned inside and out. They did a nice job and the car looks much better now. I did feel that the car wash was a little expensive but not so much that I won't consider going back.

Worst place to go. I wish I could give them negative number. I had coupon for free supreme car wash, I went inside to show coupon that I recieved through text and email from them. Lady told me that I used it before and show my text message and email I recieved today with time. She keeps telling me that I used it. I had to pay full price (she gave me $7 off). I came home and noticed they didn't shine all wheels and wax. So I called lady and she told me I am sorry they didn't wax or shine wheels and she hanged up. I am reporting to BBB.

I noticed a crack in my windshield after the car wash and brought it to the manager’s attention. He acknowledged but refused to confirm saying the owner (Dan) only has access to the camera. He texted the owner and assured the owner will reach out in a day or two but I haven’t heard back even after follow-ups. While I continue to veil my patience, the crack is happily propagating.

I have a membership and I've never been disappointed in the service, they clean the car very well inside and outside the car.
