Let me just say this!! Townsend ford is amazing! They truly saved me from a major headache. Kyle was truly the best!!! I got my dream car & Kyle is the dude who did that for me! Truly appreciate everything he did for me. He didn’t just help me but he also helped my dad get his dream car as well. I had an extremely disappointing experience with Townsend Ford. Before purchasing my used vehicle, I was clearly told that certain repairs would be taken care of. Based on those assurances, I moved forward with the purchase. Unfortunately, once the paperwork was signed, those promises seemed to disappear. The repairs I was told would be handled were never properly addressed, and communication afterward was frustrating at best. Calls went unanswered, follow-ups were inconsistent, and I was repeatedly told different things depending on who I spoke with. Can’t change oil in a F600? Made an appt and was called a few hours later saying it wouldn’t fit on lift waste of a day :( I’ve changed it on a creeper and I’m no mechanic but I guess the new mechanics are spoiled these days. Sales parts and service staff are always friendly

I've had my mind set on getting a Bronco since they came out for the second time. When the time was right I went by Townsend Ford on a Sunday morning after getting a flu shot. There were 6 used Bronco's side by side, with a very dark blue sport that caught my eye. I walked around all of them, but the blue one really looked good. The next day I went to the dealership and walked in and met Kyle and told him what I was looking for. For a young man he knew all about Broncos and other Ford vehicles. He explained and showed me all the bells and whistles that I could expect out of the blue Bronco I had my eye on. The car sold itself, but Kyle was instrumental in my putting my name on the dotted line. No pressure, no promises that he couldn't keep, just what I needed to know and he had me hook lin
