Townsend Manor Apartments

First of all, VERY grateful I was able to enter at the end of 2020! I am able to have my furbaby. Again, extremely grateful!! I keep to myself after 3 1/2 yrs bcuz this place is now run by slum lords & their minions. If you want to move to a place where rules are RARELY enforced, part-time mgmt, kids run rampant, repeated tenants have bed bugs (never written up let alone evicted!) laundry facilities are disgusting & even NEIGHBORS are allowed to ride mini-bikes thru complex! Bring your full pack of VICTIM CARDS bcuz they're COMPLETELY HONORED HERE! Everything that is wrong with society FLOURISHES HERE. Sad for us that are just trying to make it a nice & safe place.

My husband and I just moved in August 2024 and so far we are loving it. The neighbors are all so nice, The maintenance girl really takes care of the apartments and jumps on things when they become a problem and Jamie the Manager is so easy to work with and talk to

Very quiet complex. People are friendly here. Management is usually easy to get hold of and address issues within 24 hours. Apartments are nice. Roomy and clean.

Love this place !! I've made some bad decisions, moved in with the wrong people, not knowing what the outcome would be. I'm back at home, happy, I have my own place again, a roof over my head and some friends that I know I can always trust and count on !!

I applied to get ann apartment n was turned down on a discrimination act due to n application n on site it's always great to be homeless cause of people like this
