Townsend RV and Car Wash

My husband and I travel for the Fiat on the Dragon event and use this car wash to keep our car clean for the event. This is a hand wash car wash. You drive into a concrete stall to wash your car. You insert $2.50 which gets you 5 minutes. Their machine does not give change so come with quarters. You hear beeping and can add more dollars for more time. We added an extra dollar and got another minute and ½ which was enough to get car clean. There is a nozzle sprayer and a foaming brush. You turn the dial to choose what you want to do. I have provided a picture of sign that you see at the road. It is next to the Ace Hardware.

RV wash had no soap. I set my phone timer the second time that I had to add money and was correct that their timer runs fast. The brush was garbage, it didn't even clean our RV.

January 23,2024 tried to wash my camper the so called pressure hose was busted and drowned us both. I don’t think anyone checks on the place otherwise they would have found it. I don’t recommend this place and will definitely not be back and I am a local.

Absolutely horrible. Did the $10 automatic car wash and it didn’t wash all the soap off. Had to spend another $2.50 to rinse it myself! Go somewhere else if you want your vehicle washed correctly!
