Excellent service. We had just purchased a used van and the check engine light started flashing so we were very concerned that it might be a catastrophic issue. Without having an appointment they stopped to check out our vehicle so we could have some piece of mind at the very least. Both employees were very nice. I didn't catch the woman's name but the other one was Jordan. They both were helpful and Jordan seemed very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them based off of our experience.

‼️BEWARE OF DOG‼️ Came in for an alignment on my wife’s 2025 Tacoma TRD OFF ROAD after a leveling kit was installed dropped the vehicle off with 13,862mi (practically brand new) not lights on the dash or anything just a simple alignment. They pull the truck in and I noticed a large dog in the shop no big deal well to my surprise when they back the truck out after it was done the back driver door had a muddy paw print that smeared down the door from the bottom of the window the bottom of the door (roughly 2’) so I ask what’s that and nonchalantly was told oh that was my dog and they proceeded to rub the mud off which resulted in scratches that I had to pay to have buffed out today not to mention the truck was not aligned every light on the dash was on and after a test drive i said it wasn

Best place I've ever gone around here. They're fast, easy to deal with, and won't BS you. I'll never go anywhere else

Great people doing honest, great work! A good mechanic is hard to find and Burnsville has the good fortune to have a great mechanic!

You will not find a more honest shop. Jordan and his team are fantastic.
