Helpful fast and friendly
Management should focus more on employee training and evaluation. I’d recommend Toyota of the Desert for anyone looking for a car. Unlike this location, their team is actually welcoming and helpful. Worst experience.
rude employees
Worst experience! I went to buy a pre-certified Toyota and nobody was there. The lady in the office saw us and didn’t greet us. Some older man who worked there was helping us find a sales man. Then Giovanni, the salesman came out and was so rude. He didn’t greet us and seemed irritated that we were there to buy a car. I ended up leaving, and when I said I’d come back another day, he gave me a thumbs up!! We’ll never go again. Would not recommend
