While most of the office employees were extremely friendly, I can't say I had a great experience. I took my car in for basically a paint recall where the paint on essentially every part of my car was peeling. They got the appointment to fix it within 2 weeks which was great. I had asked for quotes on painting the parts of the car that weren't covered. Well the quotes were outrageous, but there is nothing they can do about that. So I opted to just have the warranty work done and have the bracket for my front bumper replaced. When I picked up 2 weeks later it was raining and rained for a few days after. When it finally stopped raining and I got a good look at the car, I realized that their was a very large deep scratch about the door handle that wasn't previously there, the bumper bracket h

Excellent service all around! Friendly staff inside the collision center who communicated every step of the way, even when there were parts delays. My Acadia was still done at an acceptable time frame based on the damage and looks good as new!

I called and they sent a tow truck for me. Vehicle was picked up and taken to the shop. Repairs were completed very fast and before the actual time I was told. Repairs are like new and staff is very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend for your body shop needs.
