Best car buying experience I’ve ever had! My salesman, Chris was very nice and patient with me. I knew what I wanted and he made it happen. He was not pushy nor did he lie about anything like other dealerships in the past. Shawn in finance was also outstanding. Very polite, worked with me and was respectful without being pushy on up-sells. I plan to have my vehicle serviced at this dealership due to the outstanding experience.

Joaquin was a phenomenal salesmen throughout the entire process. I cannot recommend him enough. Professional, courteous, and above all respectful. I use to drive out to Tustin Toyota to experience what I had experienced with Joaquin. Glad to say I'll be driving south for the deals now!

The best experience I have had at a car dealership. ANGEL was amazing. He made sure I left with what I wanted and they bent over backwards to get me the best deal they could. They answered all my questions. Made things smooth and quick. Things were ready for me when I arrived. When you go make sure to ask for Angel. Everyone I encountered was nice as well !

I appreciate the honesty of the mechanic and service advisor Julie telling me that what they first thought was a needed repair was a new automatic feature they hadn’t known about that made it appear something wasn’t working when it was in auto mode. The inability for a customer to speak directly to the mechanic is the greatest barrier to trust in a dealer versus using an independent mechanic to whom you can speak directly. Of course any one can lie to you about unneeded repairs but it’s a lot easier if they don’t have to look you in the eye and tell you themselves.

Recently I purchased a 2026 Toyota Grand Highlander, my salesperson was Alex G. and we worked together for 2 months while i was on deployment, he gave me options and stuck within my budget. He communicated often and clearly, Sonya also checked in periodcally who i believe was the supervisor to make sure i got everything i needed. fast forward 2 months and we locked in a vehicle that would have never even made its way off the truck if i didnt grab it and reserve it. Dom from Finance was super helpful as well and made it a quick process. Great customer service, highly recommended, ask for Alex Gastelum!
