I left an equally horrible review on the Toyota Marin page, but have to come here to outline how horrible my experience has been with this service department. I bought my '21 4Runner here with a comprehensive warranty. I brought it in a couple weeks after purchase to have a small electric issue assess and a VERY LOUD brake squeak inspected. I was met with horrible aversion to doing any even though I had a comprehensive warranty and purchased it just a couple weeks before. They finally lamented and begrudgingly looked into these. They told me "the brakes just need to wear in, no need to bring it back it'll go away." Cut to a year later, the brakes are still so loud and obnoxious, when I call to schedule an appointment for them to investigate this they're combative and say "Welp, warranty

I just had my 24 Prius with them for the second service. Toyota had not delivered a second key fob at purchase in February, so I had called TM a few months ago. "No problem. It will be here in a week, we'll call you"- no call. Last week when I scheduled the service, I asked for the key. "No problem. It is in stock, needs to be programmed, will take a couple of hours." Today I was informed at pick-up there's no key. "Very sorry, it will be here next week, we'll call you." I'm not holding my breath. Also, I had asked for the tires NOT to be rotated since they were replaced very recently. Of course, they were, and the tire pressure was not adjusted (Specs call for higher pressure in front). I went for my eighteen-month included service. It went fine until I was told there was a nail in my tire and I needed a new tire. The service guy tried to sell me a tire that was too expensive and I decided to go elsewhere. And the manager of sorts came over and I asked for a picture. The manager showed me a picture of a screw not a nail in the tire. I had been told they were complete, and my car had been washed. When I didn't want to purchase the tire, I was told my car wasn't put together. The service guy's name was George the Manager's name was Rye and I didn't catch the tech's name.
