We like working with Justin, the salesman. I asked if the red tag price was negotiable, and he was no-pressure and upfront about what he could and couldn't do. During the finance process, Luis was also very cool. I understand they have to sell those extended warranties, but he wasn't pushy. I'm glad to have made the purchase here and will definitely come back for my next purchase.

Everyone her was very helpful and made the buying a new car process so much easier than I expected! Some of the salesmen even SAT IN THE FRONT AND BACK seats when I told them I had tall sons and would need to make sure they’d be comfortable. Kk inside made the financing part quick and he was able to explain things in a way that was clear and not at all intimidating. Sam was polite and patient with me, helping me to find the perfect car for my family. My new Toyota Crown Signia has everything I wanted :D He even helped me set up my Toyota app afterwards.
