I purchased a car from here yesterday. I was referred to Alan Richardson. I gave him a phone call on Saturday, January 17th. I pulled up on Monday, January 19th, I was barely at the dealership for two hours and drove away with my car. Alan Did such an amazing job with asking really great questions prior to me coming in and getting a lot of information from me prior to me coming in because I wanted to make sure that the financial aspect was handled before for coming so that I did not have to waste much time there. He was wonderful at finding a car that met my budget, taste, and lifestyle. I would recommend him to any and everyone looking to get a car. Pat. Was a great low-key salesmen. We enjoyed his friendliness and directness in answering our questions. He wasn’t pushy and when Mike and I wanted to discuss things, Pat sensed this and would leave so we could talk. He knows his cars and was willing to discuss and answer any questions we had, listening to our needs and concerns. I’m sorry I don’t remember the finance mgr.’s name, but he also was very cordial and willing to discuss any questions we might have about financing our car. They were a great team to work with! What a great experience with the dealership! Hunter was our salesmen and he was very knowledgeable of the vehicle which is a must! Ryan helped out and was great getting my trade in done and swapping things to the new Sequoia TRD Pro! Yuri was the best Finance manager I’ve worked with! We had been looking for 2025 Land Cruisers with no success, as every one we could locate was either pre-sold or in transit. By chance we were driving by Toyota of Cool Springs and saw two there. We stopped and met Sales Specialist Mr. Tommy Pinson, who was great in answering our questions and assisted us with the purchase of the vehicle. Our experience was a straight forward sales process that only took a short amount of time and was very easy to complete. I asked for a few minor items to be addressed for delivery of the vehicle, which were done without any issues.
