Toyota of Corvallis Service Department

I bought a brand new Toyota Tacoma last year (2024), i have had to call several times, noone ever returns my calls. I brought my truck in today and let my service tech know: he was not helpful at all. He blew me and my concerns off. Even though I love my truck I will NEVER buy another Toyota after the customer service of their service department . my appointment was under the name Mae Felkins Which is my legal name I came in this morning at 8 o’clock 11/6/5

I've been taking my Toyota's and Subaru's to this dealership for over twenty years,; this was by far the worst experience I've ever had. I brought my Subaru Outback in for a 150,000 mile maintenance. Turns out that they no longer really work on Subaru's, but nobody informed me of that. Not when I made an appointment with the service department, not when I spoke to the service manager when I dropped the car off in the morning. I specifically told the service adviser of three things: the brakes need work, the chassis squeaks a lot, and don't rotate the tires as it had just been done. They had my vehicle for over 8 hours , never called or left a messaged. Great experience with repairs on my Tundra. Jack Date in particular was excellent. He helped me out in a pinch and because of that, I’ll be happy to bring my vehicles here to be serviced when needed.

I had a great experience at Toyota Subaru of Corvallis. My service advisor was Griffin, he was very knowledgeable, very helpful, and wasn’t pushy on anything. He told me what was going on and what the issues where, as well as what needed to be done now and what could wait until later. Kallie was the technician who worked on my car, seemed to do a great job as well! Pricing is admittedly a bit higher than other shops around, but it’s comforting knowing they have loads of experience with my exact make and model. Overall, great experience and will highly recommend (if budget allows).

I bought a used Subaru from another dealership. Bad idea. I ended up taking my Subaru to this Toyota/Subaru dealership in Corvallis. They inspected the car. It ended up needing breaks, a CV joint, a headlamp and a timing cover. The good news: it is still under warranty and most of it was covered. The inspection was $136. Well worth it! They provided me with an appointment to have it done in a week. I am working with a man named Jason and he is very friendly and professional. Everyone is kind and full of smiles. I am just sorry they didn't have the car I wanted in stock, or I would have bought it there. In the future, it's worth the wait. Also, I want to mention this is my 2nd used Subaru. My first one I traded in when it had 250k miles. Only for cosmetic reasons. It was still running grea
