Toyota of Dallas Collision Center

Took my lexus in for an insurance claim, thinking its a Toyota dealership collision center and all work would be done professionally but its actually the opposite. Extremely unprofessional in their work and customer service. Had to take the car back 3 times for several issues that they left unnoticed. Even unaligned the hood and put a dent in my fender that they later repaired. When i go to pickup the car engine bay plastic guards are missing. After all they did my bumper is still not aligned with my hood and parts of my bumper and just loose. This place should be shut down. Waste of time and money.

Terrible experience with this collision center. Do not do business with Kerry, he will outright lie to you. My 2024 brand new vehicle is falling apart because of the service that was provided. Kerry handed me my car with a missing vinyl decals that I paid toyota for it being a sports edition. They removed it on the side they worked on and never replaced it. Kerry had an excuse that he was waiting for the part and would call me when ready. It’s been 3 months and no call. The scope the insurance paid for was to leave my car as it was before the accident. By not performing the services listed they are committing insurance FRAUD. Save yourself a headache and go with an actual reputable collision center.

If you come to Toyota of Dallas collision center, ask for Robert Sierra! Extremely great customer service. He was pleasant to work with, his timeline was on point for when my car was scheduled to be ready, he answered all of my questions, and had exceptional communication skills. I usually like to get all of my car work done at Toyota of Plano (where I got my car), but due to Robert’s customer service, he put my mind at ease and I will return to Toyota of Dallas in the future.

Stay away from this body shop! My recent experience at this body shop was nothing short of a disaster. I entrusted them with my car in May to rectify hail damage, as well as issues with the tailgate and back bumper cover. The outcome? An absolute nightmare. 1. Shoddy Paintwork: • The back bumper cover was painted over with utter disregard for cleanliness, resulting in a surface riddled with dust and imperfections. • Rather than addressing dents on the back bumper cover properly, they simply painted over them, leaving an eyesore that's impossible to ignore. • The color on the back bumper cover is a glaring mismatch compared to the rest of my car - a testament to their incompetence. 2. They initially fixed my car but replaced it with the wrong front part in which it did not fully fit. I worked with Sam and constantly had to follow up with him regarding the piece and he kept giving me the run around and never called back when he said they’ll have the part ordered. I would definitely avoid this place if you need your car fixed through insurance as they’re not communicative at all. I’m contacting State Farm now that I’m back in Texas to have this fully resolved.
