I had an incredible experience at Toyota of Dallas! I originally went in just to buy a Toyota RAV4 XLE, but the service and the deals were so amazing that we ended up buying two cars. My brother, who just came along to keep me company, was so impressed that he decided to purchase a Honda Civic for himself right then and there. ​A huge thank you to our salesperson, Elvis. He was absolutely excellent. Even though the process went late and we didn't leave until 11:00 PM, Elvis and the team remained patient, helpful, and provided top-notch service the entire time. If you are looking for a great deal and honest service, I highly recommend asking for Elvis.

I bought my car here at Toyota of Dallas on 1/12/26. I had a great experience here. I contacted to ask if car was available and I got a call back from Gigi saying car was available and that I could test drive. Gigi was very helpful and sent pictures and a video of the car beforehand. I came that Monday and asked for Gigi, who was very nice and accommodating and went to test drive the car. I loved it! And I bought my first car the same day! There has been no issues and I am still discovering new stuff about the car everyday! If you are looking to buy a used car I recommend coming here and ask for Gigi. She has excellent service and will help you find the right car!
