Called and ordered part, confirmed in stock with quote #. When I arrived gentlemen was friendly but spent longer than normal getting part from inventory. I was told they’ve got it in stock but they can’t find it.😡 So I gave gentleman name of person I spoke to on phone to verify with him maybe he knew where it was and was only told he asked stock warehouse if they could locate it and couldn’t. That’s all he was willing to do. (Would not ask gentleman I spoke to on phone about parts whereabouts) Complete waist of time calling ahead days before and arranging a day to pick up. Good news is I also waisted over an hour driving there and fuel costs to get there too! This is typically the location that I like to go get my oil changes! But for some reason their customer service. decrease in the service department! No one come up to your car when you pull, and find out what type of service you need.. it seems like you got to go find them and ask for help

Horrible experience. Should you need warranty work done on your vehicle.please Take it to any other Toyota dealership. I took my vehicle for a/c issue.. I'm sure it's under warranty, I always buy extended. Gus (service tech) calls me 10mins after I left..you're not covered., wait what?.I'm sure I'm covered. Gus " yeah my Manager confirmed it.. so all costs will be out of pocket... took about 3 hours out of my day, call Austin dealership where I bought it... after an hour,. Rep, informs me..yea your covered on all those parts., come back to Gus,.."he says, rental vehicle will only be covered for a few days, you will be responsible for the additional time. We'll I'm thinking about 3-4 days...took over 12 days, they had get their rep to agree to work being covered under warranty. They come b

The team here at Toyota of Dallas was awesome. Daniel Le and Randy helped us find the perfect vehicle. The finace guy, Dustin Egvers, got us unbelievable financing. Ryan took great care of us when we went back in for the leather seats.

Very poor communication and even worse customer service. Would highly recommend a revamp.
