Toyota of Fort Worth Service

My 2002 Avalon (275,000 miles) had—I thought —seen its last mile. But I had it towed there and the news, after diagnosis, was a simple fix: one new ignition coil and an oil/filter change, and I’m back on the road. Ready for 300,000! The service was great, all the employees were helpful, and they saved my bacon!

The service department is top notch. My advisor Terry Schneider is easy to work with. I schedule my appointments online and select him as my advisor. It’s quick and easy. I came in last minute because my battery died. Terry answered my phone call and told me to come right on in and they took care of installing my new battery as well as taking care of my oil change which was supposed to be scheduled for Saturday at 8 am so it saved me a trip! The service bays are clean and the waiting area is spacious. There are clean restrooms, a snack area, a TV and lots of cushioned chairs to rest on. There is also a kids area.

Took my Tundra in for a scheduled service. Kevin Fitzgerald was my service representative. Very friendly, competent and more helpful than the vast majority. I was treated as well as any other in my 70+ years. He answered all my questions and solved all of my problems, one most others would have ignored or refused. Kudo’s to Kevin! He is 5 stars in my book. I will ask for him every time I return and return I will.

This is a shout-out for Nick Clements, Service Advisor, for Toyota of Fort Worth on Camp Bowie West and the unnamed technician who was assigned to run a diagnostic on my only transportation. I needed someone to look at my 2011 RAV4 Limited and give me an unbiased assessment of suggested work needing to be done to my car by an independent repair shop. It involved replacing four motor mounts. It was Saturday, September 6, of this year when I called Toyota, the place where I had bought my car in 2014.
