I was presented with the idea of selling my Prius by a dealership to the south of Toyota of Hollywood, but they dropped the ball. I’ve been a customer multiple times, and each visit was a masterclass in misleading information, broken promises, and wasted time. I was told one thing, then something completely different later, and somehow it was always “not their fault.” Staff seemed annoyed when I asked basic questions and acted like transparency was optional. Waiting around forever with no updates? Standard experience. Feeling talked down to? Also standard. What’s impressive is the consistency — every visit managed to be bad in a new way.
