Recently, I brought my vehicle to Toyota of Katy collision center to repair and replace the new parts for the accident BUT I really disappointed with their service. Previously, the rearview mirror on my car had broken, and we had securely repaired it for driving until I brought my car here. I honestly don't know what they did to cause the rearview mirror to break and almost come loose. When I pointed it out, they said it was already broken. But you understand, I said I had securely repaired it before, and there was no sign of it breaking until I brought it here. When I picked up my car, I had to ask them to tape it up because they had broken the latch that had been used to secure it earlier. BUT I was very pleased with how they repaired the part of my car that was damaged in the accident;
