I purchased a vehicle on Sep 2/ 2025 staff was very nice, good service, I took it on a test drive and noticed a sputter on exceleration, my son and the sales person noticed it, the sales manager took it for a drive said it was fine it was the turbo, when I finished the paper work oh it's not a turbo it's a v6, so it's probably the electronic transmission I thought that don't make since, so I got the extra warranty, then I take it to get the first oil change, I let them know all of a sudden on the dash screen I have an batterie emergency alert come, we'll you need a diagnostic, nice it's been a month since I bought it, then 5 days later the check engine light comes on mmm now im thinking they reset it before throwing it on the lot, so my son takes it back to make them to look at it for the

I went with my husband to the Lancaster Toyota to run an errand! That’s when I saw a beautiful car that I’ve never seen before in their display room “a Toyota Crown” in this beautiful Bronze color. The knowledge that Tony had about this car was amazing! Tony went above and beyond! So much that I ended up trading my Toyota Highlander !! I inquired about a car I saw online . I received a response immediately. I was given choices and asked about my preferences then they proceeded to send me choices on those cars . Fernando reserved a test drive appointment for me . I arrived and was greeted immediately. Fernando was patient and very informative , he made the process easy and simple . I almost walked from a deal I made previously with another salesperson due to not being properly informed . Fernando explained everything in detail and involved the finance manager to make sure we were happy. I am very grateful for his honest and transparent service . I got my dream car and I would recommend all my friends and family .

This place is awesome! I went to the vehicle sales department. They definitely have a great customer service. The prices are fair. They have a great inventory of new cars and they offer good deals. The whole place is clean and neat.
