Update: I received a call from the manager, Marc, and his dedication to resolving the issue had a positive impact on my experience. He had solutions to the issues I had expressed and listened attentively while showing empathy. Thank you, Marc, because of your great customer service skills, I will return to the service center in the future. Previous Review: I went in for a 5K maintenance appointment. I explained to the advisor that I believe there is a problem with the seal on the back window because air comes in and it gets loud. He had an attitude and told me that it would take about four hours to diagnose the problem. Dropped off my 2020 Supra , for an injector error and Driving assistance malfunction. Car was there for about 2 week. Manuel E. Was my service advisor. He was very responsive and gave me an update almost daily about the service/status of my car. Tony the service manager was also very helpful and recognized the situation I was in without my car and was very helpful. Thank you to the technicians who worked on my car fixing the errors. Definitely would recommend their service. Thank you Toyota of Riverside .

I had a nail in my tire. I was told that they would order a new one. They put the spare on and I got a call to return 2 days later. I noticed that the old tire with the nail was in the trunk. I commented to the service person to please remember to discard it. He said 'of course!, we have a wall of old tires in the back!'. The service person delivered the car to me after completion of service so i didnt notice until i stopped 1/2 hour later at the market that the spare was still on and they simply threw a new tire in my trunk! I couldnt believe it. Of course I returned for them to put the new tire on the car and the spare back in its original place. I just moved here and this is the closest Toyota service to my location, but I will go out of my way to NOT come here again.if they showed me h

I just came for an oil change. I got here at 9am, no app..waiting time 3hrs since it’s Saturday and a busy day ok I can take that… it’s 2:20 pm and I’m still here.. Ernie it’s great and he has a great customer service I even got a discount for my oil change..but 5 hrs and still waiting. I’ll never get my time back 😣 😩 I’ve been patient all this hours.. got my car back with the tire light on.. and told them that I have to go and I’ll just bring it back some other day and they keep ignoring me.. this is so frustrating, I’m so disappointed with the service today …

Even though the criticisms may be true (it's a dealership, but you get what you at for), my 5-star is for the people who provide the service! Devon has been my service rep 2 or 3 times now. He's amazing, respectful, and atune to meeting customers at their level. All of my interactions with the humans, whether getting a repair or the courtesy shuttle service, has been impressive! Management needs to make sure they make these employees happy because anyone can overpay for crappy service. I feel like I get my money's worth here.
