Booked a 6 pm car reservation. Due to typical train delays I was going to be arriving around 6:15. I called to inform them and was told they close promptly at 6 and there was nothing they could do for me. I am now stranded in Stamford. I understand booking a car that late towards the closing time is risky (on my end) but I wish they could have done something to help me.

I was in Stamford because my car broke down and I was towed to a local auto repair shop there. I was unable to have my vehicle repaired that day so I was in need of a rental car to get back home, which is an hour and a half from Stamford. I tried the popular rental car places first because I didn’t know about Toyota rent a car. They either had no cars to rent or were very expensive.Thankfully the shop owner contacted Toyota and they came and picked me & my family up in less then minutes. They were very reasonably priced and had very nice cars to choose from (2021 models). Overall they turned a very stressful situation into a pleasant one. When I returned the next day they gave me a ride back to the auto shop too. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of a rental vehicle.

Pricing is very competitive. Cars are Toyota and great drive. Staff and service is excellent. The only downside is that they are closed weekends. Much better choice vs. local competition such as Enterprise.
