Toyota of Vero Beach Service Center

Very unhappy with Toyota of vero. Had a tier rotation in November left with a leaking tier. I finally got tired of putting air in it .I made an appointment they found a slice in the tier. Ther were no issues when I come in .had to buy a new tier for$ 246.00 . One of the employees even warned me to keep an eye on that tier when I drove away in November, didn't think to much of it at the time then I realized what he was talking about. I am very sorry I still have 8 more services to complete my service agreement. Not looking forward to that. Needless to say I am done with Toyota of vero beach.

I had an excellent experience at the service drive at Toyota of Vero Beach! From the moment I pulled in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and taken care of promptly. Laurie was absolutely amazing — professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. She made sure everything was clearly explained and that my vehicle was serviced efficiently. My RAV4 needed an oil change and it has been running synthetic oil. It is a new car to me but several years old. To be sure of right oil and contain costs I called several shops. The prices and services varied to include my supplying the filter myself. Toyota of Vero Beach was my last call and I was on hold, but the dealership was just a few minutes away. I decided to just drive in. I was second in line and told the Service Contact my need and found the cost to be less than others. I went inside and confirmed and was told 1 1/2 hours. They were done in an hour. I had the opportunity to read and charge my phone. Took a call all in comfortable settings. Cost was what I was quoted and got great data on my car. Found my service center.

Don’t take your vehicle to the Service Center unless it’s for warranty work. Not real mechanics, they just suggest replacement of parts regardless if it is the problem or not, rather than doing a proper diagnosis of the issue. Charged $118.95 to replace a spark plug…. Yes that’s a single spark plug not an entire set, no it was factory, not anything special. And guess what when that didn’t work they still charged for it rather than being a respectable business and taking responsibility for their mistake. Not to be trusted, and I guarantee you they won’t have your items in stock.

Laurie is a gem! From the moment I arrived, she greeted me warmly and took care of everything with care and efficiency. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers. Highly recommend!
