Toyota on Western Service Center

I had one of the most unprofessional and disrespectful experiences I’ve ever had at an auto service center. I came in for a simple oil change around 11:57 a.m., checked in right away, and was told to speak to a technician. From there, everything went downhill. The technician who took my car never gave me his name, barely spoke to me, and called me over using one finger, which was extremely disrespectful. Meanwhile, every other customer around me was addressed politely and called by name, even Mrs/Ms/Mr. He told me the wait time would be 1.5 hours. After over 2 hours, I stepped outside and saw my car parked out front. When I asked if it was ready, no one in the shop knew anything about it. They had to go find the technician, who didn’t even speak to me, he yelled to another employee to te

They didn't even look at my truck in 3 hours. I made a 7am appt and i was the first vehicle in the service line. The technician nick drove my vehicle back outside to the parking lot when they finally opened the door around 7:05. I asked why he did that instead of parking it in a bay. He said they might look at it today, they might not. He said he would call me if they looked at it today for diagnostic and i would decide what to do from there. I agreed. I went home. I returned 3 hours later because something didn't feel right about that initial interaction. When i arrived i saw my truck in the same spot nick had parked it in. I went inside. No one greeted me or acknowledged me for 5mins. Finally nick returned. I asked for my keys back. He stated that i was next in queue. I don't understand

Love this place. I've gotten my 3 free services here since I bought my car from their dealership, and they never give me any hassle. I am not very knowledgeable on car maintenance, but they never try to sell me anything I don't need. Lovely people.

Avoid at all cost!! Unprofessional. Have only taken my vehicle to them for service. Keep in mind it’s a 2024 so tire rotations have only been done by them and apparently they haven’t touched my wheel lock. But yet the packaging magically appeared in my glove box.

Brought our new, 2025 Rav4 for it's first service and oil change and I was happy with the experience. My service advisor was Christian, a nice fellow who made it a positive experience, he understands what great customer service is all about. This is a busy service center, so I expected a wait, but it wasn't bad, they have a customer waiting area with coffee and vending machines. They honored a coupon that I came in with even though, apparently the coupon was not intended for a first visit. Would I have liked some more perks, like a machine that makes fresh brewed coffee, maybe some freebie snacks, an unlocked restroom, maybe some chairs with tables in the waiting area for people who bring their work, a complimentary car wash, more (new) Toyota vehicles in the showroom?
