Steve has been my service guy going over 6 years now. He always takes great care of me. I’m a travel RN and my car is always ready for travel and the customer service is beyond phenomenal. Steve always gets me in and out, gives great advice on what I actually need for my vehicle and I am always happy with my service. I pass another dealership that’s closer to my house to get my work done here. Thank you Steve!!

My visit with Marietta Toyota was excellent like past visits. No pressure was applied to have me get additional services. I got an oil change, my tires rotated were rotated, some filters replaced , a gasket replaced and they inspected some areas. I only need to return in six months. While waiting, I enjoyed a decaf coffee from a user friendly machine in their lobby. I recommend them highly for friendly expert service.

Outstanding experience. I am always accurately informed about what needs to be done, what is being done, and how long it will take. Comfortable well equipped waiting room. Problems are always solved as explained. All this promotes confidence in Toyota Service, service on outstanding products to begin with by a well trained, polite, and articulate team.

Great service. My service advisor Brian Kessler took really good care of me. Made sure that I was in and that made me a happy customer. The first service I had done on my 2025 Tundra back in August was a total nightmare. This one was outstanding looking forward to seeing Brian again. Thanks William

Kyle is a great player of the team. He goes over what’s exactly needed and explains why. I love customer service like that someone who cares and not just trying to get over! I’ll definitely keep visiting as long as Kyle is on the team! If you visit ask for Kyle he will take care of you!
