The service was excellent. It was one day late, but I can understand that sometimes it takes a while for the parts to come. The advisor, Kaua Pouha, was very friendly and did a great job explaining everything. I always appreciate the transportation you provide It helps me out so much. The driver, Danison Jason, was also very friendly! Overall, I am delighted with the service. Thank you!

Jordan was super helpful, even though their schedule was full and I came in without an appointment. He gave me different options and scenarios of what would need to happen with my car and price ranges for each. Unlucky for me, worst case scenario happened but he helped get me a better price. He kept me informed throughout the day and when I picked up my car there was a little goodie bag left on my seat. The team made an unfortunate event a little more bearable!

The service is very good. Also, all the salesman’s are go out of your way to help you make sure you got water and and you’re just you got a coin so you can go wash your car among other. I would go there in a minute to buy another car.

Once I got ahold of a service writer they jumped right in and got parts ordered and an appointment scheduled quickly. The repair was done and the car now runs great.
