Toyota Parts - Royal Moore Toyota

I'm writing this review in the parking lot after leaving the parts department. If I didn't need them right now, I would have waited to go literally anywhere else. The parts cashier was super rude & tried to make me feel dumb for asking a question. I asked if someone could install them (something every other dealership does, including the one I used to work for), and he said everything has to go thru service for "installation." That's it. No offer to help me further in case I wanted to deal with that hassle or any other offer of assistance. I don't think he looked at me once during the whole interaction, either. The time was taken to look up my VIN to be absolutely sure we were ordering the correct rail system for my Tundra. It was ready the very next day for pickup. It fits perfectly.
