I have owned a Toyota for years and am very particular about keeping up with scheduled maintenance. Because of this, I’ve spent a lot of time at the San Francisco Toyota Service Center, and my experiences there have consistently been positive. Scheduling service is straightforward, especially online, and the overall process is efficient and predictable, which I really appreciate. I usually drop my car off early in the morning, and it’s ready by the end of the day. Alternatively, if I drop it off early enough, I can wait for less than an hour while the service is completed. This flexibility makes it easy to fit service appointments into my regular work schedule, and that reliability means a lot to me. What truly stands out, however, is the service staff. I come here often for parts for my Prius. Some of the most helpful people ever. They know the parts front to back and have reminded me to get gaskets for the common repairs.

I went here to get my oil changed and they told me my ball joints needed to be replaced and it would cost $1000. Went and got a second opinion and they said there was nothing wrong with my vehicle. Beware.
