I’m sure the service loaner would have been convenient, especially for the low flat fee, but I’m honestly glad I didn’t take it—because I got to ride with their shuttle driver, Jenkins. He’s a wealth of knowledge and was extremely professional and courteous. Easily a 5-star shuttle experience. My truck needed a part that was thankfully covered under powertrain warranty, but it was on backorder. This dealership went above and beyond: they sourced the part from Canada and even covered the extra shipping costs when they knew I couldn’t get a loaner vehicle like I originally planned. They also expedited the service to get me back on the road as quickly as possible and absorbed the cost to do it. Sports City Service Department worked on my car in November but disconnected my back up camera. When I brought it back to have them fix it they could not and furthered damaged my car play Kenwood radio so that I can no longer control the stereo with my steering wheel controls. They had my car for over a week too. I had to then pay Car Toys 180 dollars to reconnect the wire that Sports city could not do plus now have a stereo that has been shorted out by Sports City. Now i have to get a brand new stereo which will cost me 599 dollars and over 150 dollars to install. I even tried to contact Abraham Balderas who is in charge of this crappy service department by phone twice and sent him an email.
