Toyota Service Center

Everyone knows about the 3rd gen tundra engine issues. Unfortunately my 23 hybrid blew its bearing still under warranty. Brought to this Toyota service center. This service center was great with communication and trying to help get parts fast. It took exactly a month to get parts and rebuild. Also was due to holidays as well. Received a great rental vehicle and was on my way when my truck was done. So far everything has been running great and I absolutely recommend this service center. Shout out to Zachary for helping me thru the process. Thank you Toyota!

Worst experience I've ever had. Bought a 27k plus new car here a few weeks ago and have been the run around ever since. Currently battling the fact that they put scratches all over the entire car while adding a paint sealer that they pushed the sale of and then tried to scam me out of. It seems the detail department failed to wash the road salt and sand off my vehicle before they scrubbed the paint sealer into my car with a rag. Car came in flawless and now has scratches all over it that are obvious. I alerted service department and they tried to down play the fact and seemed offput that i was even bothering them with the fact they just destroyed my paint. Huge thank you to Avery Harrell she was amazing every step of the way in getting our new van. Even helping my non-tech savvy self and gave me a hole break down on how it all works. I absolutely love the van. Thank you for all you did. The whole staff was also very pleasant and a great group of people.

Standard dealer service. Friendly and helpful staff. Expensive and done correctly. I only cry once when I bring my cars there. (When I pay). Not the best place to bring a vintage Toyota. My basic recommendation was that I need a new engine. Yea, I know that, but the old one won’t break. 280k miles and has sounded like it’s going to blow for 40k miles. I’m planning on keeping this thing maintained until then, and using all the good Toyota parts to later pull to build the next engine. You can see why it’s probably not the best place for this situation, but they did find some hidden stuff for me to fix. I’m doing it myself with Toyota parts.
