Three weeks ago, I called customer service to schedule a check-up for my car, including an engine oil check and spark plug inspection. I was scheduled for a Saturday, which was convenient. When I arrived, I was asked to wait by my car until someone could check me in. Despite being the first customer there, another customer was checked in before me. I waited patiently, assuming staff would attend to me shortly. While my husband and I looked around, a staff member informed us that we should not leave without notifying them. We explained that we stepped aside because it appeared staff were busy with other customers. After finally being checked in, I learned that the requested services could not be performed because no technician was available on Saturdays. This was extremely disappointing, as

Would not recommend this Toyota service. After waiting nearly 10 days for an appointment I dropped my car off in the morning and pick it up at 5pm. I was charged just to run a diagnostic test due to Engine light and a fault showing on my vehicle. Was then charged on-top of that fee to reset and update the computer. Another inspection found no issues. No parts just labor. When they brought my car around the engine light and faults were still showing. Wanted to talk to a manager no manger was at the store apparently. Wanted a refund, the service agent said he didn’t have the power to give me a refund. Will not be using Toyota Service again and won’t ever recommend them to anyone. Charged me close to 400 dollars for nothing.

Brought my car under warranty to get an issue resolved. I was told I would be let known the next day if it would be taken care of. No one contacted me for 2 weeks so I called back and was told they would totally look into and get back to me. That was over a month ago. They don't seem to care about you at all and hope you just go away. I'd say it's the worst service I ever received had they even given me any.

Sales Manager John is a dishonest person. When we bought the car, we specifically asked the salesperson for a Toyota dash cam. After verifying with the service department, the salesperson confirmed that the 360-degree dash cam was not compatible, but an integrated dash cam would work with my car. We paid $730 as part of our contract. A month and a half later, I called to follow up, and they told me they had completely forgotten to order the dash cam. After that, they placed the order, set up an appointment, and I dropped off my car for installation. However, I then received a call from Sales Manager John, telling me that the integrated dash cam was also not compatible with my car. When I purchased my 2025 RAV4, one of my conditions was to have a dash cam installed. The salesperson contacted the service department regarding Toyota’s 360° dash cam, which I specifically requested. Initially, the service team said it was not compatible with my vehicle. Later, after further communication, they confirmed that the integrated dash cam was compatible. Based on this confirmation, I agreed to proceed and paid $730 (including installation) for the integrated dash cam as part of the vehicle purchase contract.
