Although iit was a long process, the team at Midlands were pleasant and helpful. Easy to work with. My biggest thanks is to the mechanic who serviced my truck before leaving, went out of his way, and skipped his lunch, to do it. Management please take note of this man. Thank you very much.
I will Never I mean Never get another car from this location NOR will I go back for routine care. I took my 1yr old care for routine maintenance and my car isn’t the same! It’s driving different and feels different. Like something is off. And the service manager wouldn’t even come speak to me. I wasn’t rude to him at all, never, just upset and stressed about what was happening to my only source of transportation! I got a “text” message from Service manager at Midlands Toyota on Killian Rd. stating that the work has been completed on My car and was ready for pick up. I got a Text vs a Call! I feel I was taken advantage of bc not only I am a woman, but also bc the managers in the service center and the technicians didn’t care! I’m saddened by this bc I Love Toyotas! And my Car. Ryan is the sales guy that helped me and he was awesome and start to finish. He stayed in my price range that I told him I was wanting to stay in. He helped me find a vehicle that was perfect for me and my family. I would recommend Ryan to anybody who’s looking for a car go to Toyota and ask to speak to Ryan. He’s a wonderful person. Great customer service skills. He is awesome all around.
I received excellent customer service and support. My sales representative even picked me up and took me to the dealership as I had no transportation. I am very pleased with my purchase and will recommend Midlands Toyota to anyone looking for a reliable used vehicle!
My experiences with the Service Repair Mgr were great (the 4 star is for him). I can’t say the same for the inside sales people. I had to go thru the service mgr more than once to get information because some folk whom I first solicited info from didn’t respond. The service mgr always responded promptly. Unfortunately, three months after the purchase, and several trips to service, the door handle issue still isn’t resolved (see photos) nor have I received any feedback. I’m considering other measures.
