Toyota Service - Titus-Will Toyota

I recently took in my car because all the dashboard lights had come on, and I was really concerned. As a single mom, my car is essential, and I was on a tight budget. From the moment I spoke with James, the service representative, I felt genuinely cared for. He listened to my concerns and made me feel at ease, which was incredibly reassuring. The dealership's attentive and compassionate service made a stressful situation much easier to handle. Plus, the waiting room was comfortable, and I really enjoyed their coffee machine! I'm truly grateful for their help.

I've been bringing my car to Titus-Will Toyota for years and have always had good experiences, but my last three visits have made me question the quality of their service. It feels like things are going downhill. The first issue was a lack of communication—I wasn’t updated on how long my service would take, and the advisor seemed grumpy. I understand that everyone has off days, so I let that slide. They did provide a rental car since my vehicle needed to stay overnight, and I appreciated that they were able to start work on additional repairs. On my second most recent visit, everything seemed fine until I was 40 minutes into my drive home and my tire pressure monitoring system light started flashing. I've been coming here for about 5 years, it's expensive but I know the work is done right. I went in recently for an oil change ($140) and they are always very busy, but I feel like the customer service is not what it used to be. They used to be really friendly and offer to vacuum your car and free car washes- not anymore and when I picked up my car they just kind of waved me in the general direction, after I asked where it was, I got to my car and the rear window was left down...

Update: The dealership did reach out and refund our money, but only after I posted this review publicly. For the record, we never claimed the vibration was in the front. My husband specifically stated it was felt in the backend. Also, the road force readings were 0 and 9 which are well within spec, even for high-end performance and luxury vehicles, let alone a truck. Saying that the tires “tested poorly” is misleading. I appreciate the refund, but we would have preferred a prompt and honest resolution from the start. I was traveling through the area and began to experience some issues with my vehicle. I had a long way to go yet, and this team managed to fit me into their already busy schedule and made sure my vehicle was road-worthy again. They went above and beyond - I'm so grateful! As a single mom with kids in tow, this meant the world to me! Thanks so much James and team, and to Danny for getting me back and forth from where I needed to be! You're all so very much appreciated!
