Had a strange issue on my old Toyota Prius which they hadn't seen before (it wouldn't turn off). They did some research and figured out how to do a reset around it, and advised I could replace a part in future but would be expensive so they gave me written instructions on how to handle if it popped up again. Didn't charge me a dime, and didn't try to pressure me into a repair that wouldn't make sense in my old car with over 200k miles on it. I think that deserves 5 stars and when I'm ready to buy a replacement car they're at the top of my search list

They're moderate on prices. I bought my Toyota camry 2022 with them.

Friendly service, and they also provide transportation while your vehicle is getting serviced. Convenient, honest workers, and I would highly recommend it.
