BUYER BEWARE, THESE GUYS WILL SCREW YOU. It took over 3 weeks to get ordered parts. All three of the boxes were severely damaged. Parts missing, $1800 Brake booster damaged. I contacted the company immediately after receiving the damaged box and reported the missing items and damage, they requested pictures some time later I submitted them, and now they are saying that my RMA is denied because of the delay. I've spent thousands with these guys - what a joke to treat a customer like this. These 5 star reviews have to be bought and paid for or fake, this company doesn't deserve to exist - total fraud.

The website was not confusing. The check out process was competent. The shipping and delivery occurred as promised. The ordered item appeared to be exactly what I expected; what I needed, and arrived in good condition. Overall, I will order from this site again.

Everything was fine with ordering my product and shipping was fairly quick. However when I received my order it was in bad shape. Not sure if it was from the shipping process, or that’s how it was packaged. Luckily it was just lug nuts and it wasn’t scratched or damaged.

I have ordered a few times, and my experience has always been excellent! I recently had to rebuild the left front side of my Sequoia due to sending it too hard and found out. Haha! I spent $2000+ with Toyota Parts Deal and have always received exactly what I ordered at a better price than the dealer. Most of my parts have been shipped from SoCal (used to live there) and know exactly where they came from. My items arrive up in NorCal and are always the ones I have put on my order. Ordered a new side mirror for my wife's Sequoia that she damaged backing out of the driveway. It was quite costly, over $1200 for the part and painted to match cap. Because of the price my order was put on hold until I could call in to verify my order. I get they don't want fake orders and scams however to call in was a bit of a hassle and I was wondering if it was part of some scam. However, someone picked up quickly then transferred me to someone else who was very nice and just asked to confirm name, order amounts, etc. then the product shipped. This added a couple of days and I wish it could be handled quickly via the website or in some more modern way so minus 1 star. Many parts can be similar and sometimes confusing.
