I don’t usually take the time to write long reviews, but my experience at Toyotapro Auto Care of Concord genuinely deserves one. I brought my Lexus ES 300h in because I wanted an accurate diagnosis from someone who actually understands hybrid systems and modern vehicles—not guesswork, not quick assumptions, and definitely not pressure to approve unnecessary repairs. I used this place several years ago and they did some great work and I have them a 5 star review. It seems to have new owners now and I won't be back. Took my car for a water pump and when I picked it up it made a bad noise which they claimed was a damaged driveshaft. I got the driveshaft done elsewhere and still the noise. After spending weeks trying to find the noise I found Toyotapro had removed 2 large engine mount bolts and forgot to put them back (pics attached) so my mount has been rattling away. I now have to fix this again. I won't be back to toyotapro

This place is awesome! These guys are real pros. Constantly impressed. Toyota Pro replaced my engine in my ‘96 4Runner, and my transmission before that, for a very reasonable price and did an amazing job. They are very accommodating, and their service, and work, is top-notch. Sam and his team (Berner and Will) run a great shop. I drive all the way from the Sacramento Valley to have these guys work on my truck, and will continue to do so! Thanks Toyota Pro!

I intentionally waited a full year before writing this review so I could give an honest, long-term perspective on the engine rebuild done by Toyota Pro on my 1995 Toyota 4Runner (3.0 V6). From the start, the issue was complicated—my 4Runner was running rich, and diagnosing the root cause was no easy task. Sam and his team went above and beyond, trying everything they could to get it to pass smog. After exhausting all options, Sam recommended a full engine rebuild. The rebuild itself took about a week and a half, and I was impressed not only by the turnaround but also by the effort Sam put into getting everything dialed in. He replaced several parts—some at no charge—just to make sure the vehicle ran right, especially since they had it for a little while. Now, a year later, I can confide
