Honestly, I haven't had work done here (yet) but the thing that impressed me the most was the owner (Mike, I believe.) He actually levelled with me and pointed me in the direction of the correct person to diagnose an issue that would have cost him, as well as myself, lots of time and money. He he would have happily charged and I probably would have paid because I really didn't know where to take it, but he understood what I had done to troubleshoot the issue up to that point and he decided it wouldn't be fair to essentially double charge me. Super impressed with that type of integrity from someone I had just met. Got him on a great reference, too, so I will definitely be going back to receive services after I've fixed my EVAP issue. Was told to leave and never come back, after asking if they could make me some stickers, because I’m friends with a former employee who they had a problem with. He has had my car for 3 years. I paid up front 15000 for transmission swap from auto to standard and another turbo and intake and injectors. Now ps doesn't work which I paid him before to replace rack and pump . Leaking oil coolant speedometer not working now runs poorly. Found out this after test drive he said it was done and said I owe him 10000 now . This is on top of the 15000 cash I already give him. He's hiding my car at his house now.

John and his staff are very knowledgeable. I’ve been in the shop more times than I could count seeking advice on anything from a 3TC Corolla or my srt8 challenger. Currently will be having him do some work on a 88 crx. High quality work and I trust him to make sure I’m on track to get the results I’m after.

Do not confuse their BS with ability. It could cost you a lot of money, as it did me. I ended up taking my car to a different tuner, out of state, and had 2 reputable tuners wondering where Toyspeed came up with the settings in my ecu. This was after ignition parts burning up, and being stranded in the sand dunes, at night.
