T.R.A.C. REPAIR

I visited Trent for an exhaust issue. While on the lift he also found a Ball joint which was in very bad condition. He recommended I fix the Ball Joint for sure, as it could be dangerous to drive with it in that condition. I took his advice and had him fix that as well as my exhaust. I know he did it for the same price as I was quoted for just the exhaust. The Ball joint was quoted to me by Don The Muffler Man in Madison at 3 times what Trent did both repairs for! He was quick and even offered me a ride if I needed one while my car was being repaired. I told him I would be back if any other problems occur with my vehicle.

Being new in town, I was looking for a go to mechanic. My vehicle needed engine and brake work done. The owner appears quite knowledgeable and the price was very reasonable. This opinion is based on my visit to other mechanics before visiting this shop. The owner here does not over diagnose your car and does not push you to fix things unnecessarily. He also works very fast and reaches out every step of the way. It's hard to find a mechanic this honest about his work and I will definitely be returning when other services are required.

I saw an advertisement for T.R.A.C. Repair on Facebook. This is a new auto repair business that is just starting up in Monticello. The owner,Trent Siegenthaler, grew up around working on cars his whole life. His grandfather is a reputable mechanic and his father is very experienced in the shop as well. It was great timing that I came across his advertisement because I needed brake work done on my truck and I didn't want to pay an arm and a leg at a dealership. I contacted Trent and he was able to get my truck in right away. I told him that I thought the front brakes needed to be replaced. Trent looked over my truck and told me that my front brakes were bad and definitely needed to be replaced, and he also let me know my back brakes were going to need to be replaced soon, but wasn't pus

I highly recommend this business. I was on the road for a long drive and had a minor auto emergency that was going to keep my from continuing on my way. Fortunately I was about 5 miles from TRAC. I gave them a call and they gladly took me in right away despite being near their closing time. Once I got there it was quick and great service and they had me back on the road in about 15 minutes. They’ve got my vote!
