Scheduled an appointment in advance for an SCR test and express diagnosis for emissions. Thoroughly explained im a small business owner and this truck is my only one for hauling our large containers so I'll wait until they have enough time available to take my truck in so its not sitting fir days until it gets touched. Ok no probIem bring it next Thursday. I call Wednesday to reiterate my situation and be sure their not too busy and Was promised they were starting on my truck 7 a.m Thursday and I would get a call by noon. I call around 4 and ask for an update, I'm told they haven't touched it yet and will do it Friday morning and theyll call me around 9. I call 10 a.m. Friday and ask the status, the guy says oh yeh the tech thinks it will take 3 hours to diagnose instead of 2 so you have

All these folks here are awesome. Very friendly and super helpful. Had an accident, someone had backed into me. These folks were able to help me with my needs and get me rolling again. Thank you all for your support!!

I deal mostly with the parts department, so take my review in kind. Deanna and Courtney do a great job of tracking down parts and getting stuff to me in a timely fashion. They are always accommodating if I order the wrong thing, or understanding if I prep for a job with stuff I may need in the heat of the moment and then don't use it. I run a 680K mile 2016 Cascadia that I try and keep in tip-top shape. Dependability is important to me as I'm a tandem operator. They do a great job and know their stuff.

Needed some computer work on our cascadia, they got us in treated us great did the work, found it was something simple and got us back on the road, our tech was beyond great, no charge. We will be back in the future and will recommend Tracy Road Equipment to everyone i can.
