Ice build up entering the full service bay almost couldn't get my car in and it almost broke my side skirts. On top of that it barely cleaned my car.
Never get ultimate car wash the triple foam is always out other than that good car wash
Well I helped deliver a baby there, and the clean up was easy with the mat clamp washers. Used my flannel. The pressure from the hose washed everything off
Had a small issue with the car wash, called to let the owner know. She was so sweet and genuinely sorry. Then she sent me a gift card in the mail with a hand written note. Great personal touch and A+ customer service.
Paid $12 for automatic car wash today 2/13/24 and it started squirted my windshield and then turned off and told me to pull forward. So mad !
