I’ve honestly never dealt with a dealership like this before. They were surprisingly real and felt genuine. Beyond your typical price haggling in the beginning, I felt treated fair and very accommodated for. From front end people all the way to signing paperwork, they were honest, hardworking and good people I believe. Went home with my dream car!

I purchased a brand-new Jeep from Tracy Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and was clearly promised 5 free oil changes as part of my purchase agreement. I have already received two complimentary services here without any issue. However, when I recently went in for my third oil change, I was told I need to contact the original salesperson — who no longer works there. I was also told they have no record of the previous free services they themselves performed. This is extremely disappointing. A dealership’s promises should not depend on whether a specific salesperson is still employed. Customers should not be penalized because of internal staff turnover or poor record keeping. I expect the dealership to honor the agreement made at the time of sale. This experience has damaged my trust, and I hope manage

So last night we purchased a 2023 Subaru Crosstrek from you guys. Easily the best experience I have ever had with customer service ever in my life. Archie is the man when it comes to getting what you want and with the best prices. He will make sure to take care of you throughout the entire process. Just because of how Archie treated my girlfriend and myself I will continue to come back and purchase a vehicle from him from here on out. Archie wasn’t pushy he wasn’t trying to trap us, he was very honest about everything. We told him exactly what we wanted and he gave us a car that met everything that was on our check list.
