TRACY FORD Meets "GRATEFUL" - VERY OLD RV Shannon, my Service Advisor was amazing. She carefully listened to my concerns, clarified the services needed for my vehicle, ordered parts and kept me informed throughout the entire process. She was incredibly professional, polite and helpful through each interaction. Mr. Miguel Camarillo, Senior technician, was simply outstanding. He listened to my concerns regarding pulling the plugs for the FIRST time in my old, 2004 Ford V-10, 5.8 RV. I had just bought it and it needed work. These engines are notorious for throwing spark plugs not torqued down or plugs breaking off and falling into the engine. Miguel understood my concerns perfectly. He performed all 8 services flawlessly & did not break a single plug. Additionally, I requested parts be saved.

My truck had a recall so I decided to visit Tracy Ford to get it done. The place itself was very clean and I was greeted kindly by staff. The staff were super kind and helpful in answering my questions and concerns all the way to their service options. Plus, since my truck had a recall, it was free + they offered to send a professional to my house to get it done. Overall, I had a great experience at this Ford location.

Called the dealership late in the morning and was still able to get an appointment for that afternoon so that was great as we were traveling back home from Tracy to Rialto California the following morning. Brought the truck in as scheduled and was greeted immediately as I pulled into the driveway by a service department employee. Was greeted inside by both service advisors and Rick was the one who helped me with the write up..Was told that it would be about an 1 1/2 hour wait and that was exactly what it was, I got there at 1:30 and was out by 3 pm. Thanks Rick and to your service department for taking care of the service and providing a great service experience. Ricky is my service advisor, and he is absolutely amazing! He communicates clearly and consistently, always taking the time to explain everything happening with my vehicle. Throughout the day, he provides helpful updates and never hesitates to answer all of my questions—no matter how small they may seem. I genuinely appreciate his professionalism and the way he helps ease the stress when my car ends up staying at the dealership longer than expected. His kindness truly stands out. Ricky for president!!
