Tracy's Auto Repair

These guys were fantastic!!!! We got a quote from another company saying the repairs would be $800. Not sure if they were lying or just didn’t know what they were doing, but we tried Tracy’s and they said we just needed an oil change and a new air filter and presto! The car was fine. Only $120. Super friendly, I felt like they actually knew cars and took time to really look at our car rather than just run the program so to speak. 100% will return.

Update - Went to pick up my vehicle again, 4th time, and I saw a 4" circumference oil leak under my vehicle. Went in the office, Keith came out, looked at it and said they'd take care of it. I was flabbergasted that it was done WRONG again. Then another guy came out, look under the vehicle and said it's just RESIDUAL oil leaking. I said, WHAT? There shouldn't be any oil leaking from underneath my vehicle. He stood up and said, It doesn't matter, you're not important and won't be coming back again!! I was stunned. I followed him into the office and asked did you just say what I think you said? He laughed and said yes. I asked his name, MR CUSTOMER SERVICE'S name is ZEKE. Been taking my vehicles to Tracy’s for a little while. Mostly oil changes and such. I have zero complaints. Work is done pretty quick, they are honest about what needs to be done and they do a darn good job. Grandma always told me to visit a conservative dentist and a conservative mechanic, both will do what is necessary but not what costs you an arm and a leg…or tooth. If it ain’t broke, these boys won’t fix it but if it is, this is the only place in town I trust. Oh and they sell a few vehicles too so maybe my next ride will come from Tracy’s, I know he will give grandma and me a good deal, especially after this amazing 5 star review (joking of course). We were traveling through the area when our F150 broke down. Ford could not help us for 3 weeks! At least they sent me to see Keegan at Tracy's Auto Repair. Not only did they get me in the next day, but when an additional problem occurred as we towed our camper out of town, Keegan got me back in ASAP and ordered the parts in advance so I could get back on the road as quickly as possible. Had them replace a water pump in my F-150 2017. I had been losing coolant for awhile and had been unable to figure out where as it was not pooling anywhere. They figured out the issue. New water pump was installed but happened to be defective out of the box. They got my truck right back in and put another new pump in. This time with 0 issues. Thanks again!
