Trademark Carwash

Used to be, one of my least favorite chores was washing my pickup because it’s constantly getting dirty inside and out virtually every time I drive it. Not anymore because I’m a member of the unlimited car wash package, and for me anyway, it’s so worth it. The staff is friendly, courteous, and very respectful. After 3 years and probably over a hundred washes there’s never been an issue. Easy, fast, convenient, and my pickup still looks and feels brand new!

Today I came through to get my car washed and taken care of, and I’m pleased to say they exceeded my expectations once again! Kyle and Devin took care of me and made my experience electric! I’ll be sure to bring my business back to Trademark!

The girl working didn't know how to honor the free carwash promo online she tells me well I just don't know well to a new customer that's not an acceptable answer she should have got a manager immediately to show her how to do the transaction. This was definitely not a good first impression.

This Trademark Carwash should be ashamed of themselves, these young workers have to work at a car wash that clearly doesn't care a lick about them and have their jobs dangled over their heads if they don't get people to buy in on monthly washes. You can't force people to purchase packages especially in this economy. I pay for each wash because the package prices are too expensive. These youngin's work super hard trying to get people to buy in or leave reviews and when they don't get enough each day they're wrote up for it. Its a dang car wash and I'd bet big money these corporate people couldn't do it either. This company would rather fire people who truly try to be good at their job then turn around and hire and train new people that will quickly have the same issues... make it make sense

Did the $19 single wash and I'm positive a bunch of kids would have done a better job. Vacumns are not powerful and 3 different bottles I picked up were empty. My car still had dust all over it and tires looked like they weren't even touched. Super dissatisfied and will not return.
