My story starts three weeks ago, went online, scheduled my hitch installation for Thursday the 22nd of August l. Online was smooth, scheduled it with no issues. Arrived at 7am, drove all the way from mccoll sc to sit and wait and then be told, oops we’re sorry we don’t have your hitch here. Was told sometimes inventory doesn’t match up online from site to site and apologized. Of course I was like well what can we do about this? I drove here, etc and the service can’t be performed? Well I can’t do anything off parts, but I’ll do something on the labor. Ok cool so I asked ok so do I need to be here again next Thursday for the install and you will order the part? He said he would order and call me next week. Ok cool that sounds good. Next week comes and goes, I hear nothing so I go back onlin
The GM was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and worked diligently to overcome an issue with my vehicle to ensure everything went right. The entire staff at this location were very pleasant. Overall great experience.
