Trailer Hitches at U-Haul

This is my second time in this particular store. I am so glad I found them because they went above and beyond to help get a hitch put on my vehicle. The GM Dana is extremely nice and helpful. The technician, Shaun knew exactly how to install the hitch and connect the wiring. He was able to hide the wiring where it can be easily accessed when we need to pull a trailer. I checked around for someone to supply and install the hitch and U-Haul was by far the most cost efficient. I will suggest to everyone that they use this store for all their hauling and pulling needs. Thank you Dana and Shaun. Job well done!

Amazing service. Shaun was awesome from start to finish with a hitch install despite me giving him an suv that's seen better days. Gave the best price on everything. All the other employees were great too. Easy process, extremely knowledgeable.

Went in today to get a car dolly and had kinda been forgot about. There was a guy at the front desk named Prince. He was helping someone outside and asked if I was still waiting. He apologized for having to wait and immediately got me set up. He was very personable and when I told him we were going to Phoenix Arizona he told me that I was bringing the dolly home and how that was where uhaul was based. He was truly a brand ambassador. Take care of him. Good people are hard to find.

Quick and fast service. But, the trucks are kind of dogged out. The one I had, the side mirrors kept pointing to the ground after adjusting them when I hit a bump. Also, it was in bad need of a tune up because it drank gas like a drunk at a bar for happy hour

This U-Haul service need to practice some customer service. I wish that I had gotten the man's name because he had no customer care... when we asked him questions he acted like he didn't want to answer plus, he gave us(my husband myself) no eye contact. He just totally acted like he hated his job and life. This U Haul place is on the corner of Pass Road in Gulfport. Wow what a bomber
