Trailer Sales of Tennessee

I bought flatbed trailer from them. Salesman "Chuck" doesn't know about trailers anything, was very tough to find out what options trailer has. He promised me that trailer will be delivered back to Ohio factory on Monday-Tuesday July(24-25) 2017. And now estimated delivery date is July 28 2017. From Monday "Chuck" started ignoring me( not answering the phone) 1 star for this company only because lady in a office was nice when I was calling to find out anything about trailer which I paid over $34000.

Avoid this dealership. At first, engine hours on reefer units were higher than advertised. It took them long time to get trailers ready and when they were ready overall condition of the trailers was fair or worse. Some of the trailers upon pick up went straight to the Carrier dealer with several problems. Some had obvious issues like all PM Service / Annual inspections were passed due, cracked belts, leaking wheel seals, shocks, 1 with smoking exhaust manifold, 1 with bad fan clutch, so make sure to do a good inspection before you buy or be ready to spend a lot of money to get their equipment road ready. We are from another state so didn’t have chance to come. And management doesn’t care about it looks like. Matt was a salesperson, Chuck is manager.

Had financing for Trl signed papers and the sale people wouldn’t even tell me sold it out from under me a Hell way to do business leaves me in a bad spot. If they ever see me again I may go to jail really pissed me off. Sorry ass place no way to do business.

If you fire truck from these guys, be very very careful as to what you're buying. Their trucks are not exactly as represented.
