Our entire experience a trailer source in Frederick, Colorado was fantastic. From our sales person, Dan, who made the initial contact with us through the financing department, Matt, and our final stop with Glenn doing our pre-delivery inspection. I should really call it the orientation because he spent so much quality time with us. We met Erik who runs the service department just in case who is also awesome. I wish I could give this place six stars.

From Kevin to Nate to Sean, this entire team at Trailer Source is absolutely amazing! As a first-time RV owner, I was honestly a little overwhelmed at first, but these guys took the time to thoroughly explain all the ins and outs of what it really takes to own and operate an RV. They made sure I understood everything, from maintenance to the little details that make RV life enjoyable. The buying process was incredibly smooth and super easy. I was traveling across the country last week and was concerned about the brakes on my boat trailer. Jim was awesome and able to squeeze me in the same day. Josh cleaned and tweaked the brakes, which definitely helped. However, while inspecting the trailer, he found the hitch was not connected properly and fixed that, possibly avoiding a catastrophe. Thank you all tremendously!

We had a fantastic experience from start to finish when we bought our toy hauler just about a week ago from Trailer Source in CS. Our first impression was Kevin, our salesman, who greeted us with a smile & immediately showed us the specific toy hauler we looked at online. It had everything we wanted but more than we had planned to spend. But Dustin, the finance manager, & Kevin worked with us & the sale was finalized the next day.
